We are a NEW wine and spirit shop in a very old building, so don’t pass us by. We decided to focus first on filling our space with the most interesting and fun bottles we could fit in our cozy space, and let the good vibes follow.

You can find our shop nestled in the little hamlet of West Taghkanic, in the nexus of the Hudson Valley, the Tri-State and beyond. We want to share our love for wine and spirits produced right here in the Hudson Valley, the greater NY area, and from around the world. We have everything you need for your picnic, cookout, a night around the campfire, a beautifully curated dinner party, or your celebratory bash. We’re here to share the stories of the producers we know and love, and help guide you to that perfect bottle. Cheers!

We are located within the historic Miller’s Tavern. Built before 1770 by Wm.Rockefeller, this building held the first town meeting in 1803, and continued on with a long legacy of serving the townsfolk and visitors. We hope to continue that tradition with a generous selection of wines and spirits.

Do you love locally produced magic as much as we do?! Come down to taste what local distillery @tenmiledistillery is bringing to wow us all! From Master Distiller Shane Fraser of Wolfburn, Oban, and Glenfarclas fame. Not only are their spirits worthy of filling a decanter, but their GIFT WORTHY PACKAGING is incredibly beautiful as well.

Wilson Daniels will be pouring these beautiful wines Friday 7/26 from 3-6pm and beyond! Pierre Sparr Cremant d'Alsace Rosé - 100% Pinot Noir Salmon pink color with fresh aromas of soft red berries, round and fruity on the palate with hints of peach; intense and structured with lively acidity and delicate bubbles. Txomin Etxaniz Txakoli - Hondarrabi agreeable on the palate with hints of citrus and tropical fruits in the aftertaste accentuated by the subtle effervescence. Te Mata Sauvignon Blanc - Lime, passionfruit, guava, and honey-dew melon leap from the glass, the palate is rich, layered and juicy. RouteStock Cabernet Sauvignon - Mouth-watering flavors of black plum, mushroom, chocolate, savory hints of bay leaf and fine sweet Napa Valley fruit.

We are incredibly excited to have our neighbors @fieldsupplywine in the shop tomorrow Friday 6/28 from 4-7pm! When we moved here in 2013 to start a farm, we would ride bikes, take walks (sometimes roller skate) past this gorgeous piece of land up the road from us. We always dreamed about what beautiful thing would take shape there. Well, fast forward a few years, our paths have connected with the lovely and talented folks who are now planting a vineyard in that very spot. They have been making amazing wine for years which truly represents the place and time from which the grapes were cultivated. In the not so distant future, they will be making wine with their own organic and sustainably grown grapes from the heart of Columbia County. Come on out neighbors and chat with Brett, and taste what he’s been making!

Babes! Come cool off tomorrow, Fri 6/21 from 4-7 and taste some gorgeous 𝓷𝓪𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓪𝓵 𝔀𝓲𝓷𝓮𝓼 imported by the renowned @jennyfrancois. Jenny and Francois Selections present the wines of small vineyards in order to defend an endangered species — winemakers who work like artisans, crafting a different wine each year. They do not impose a preconceived taste on their wines, but look to be surprised by what nature gives them — natural wines. We’ll have some snacks while tasting a beautiful red blend from Spain, a rosé pet nat from France, an orange grüner from Austria, and a white gavi from Italy. Come stock up to keep cool!

It’s national rosé day baybees!🌹 come on down and grab a few bottles of some crisp, cold, rosey goodness. It’s also match your wine day?! This truly wasn’t planned, but now I’m gonna have to take a bottle of this zesty honeysuckle verdejo home with me tonight!

Tasting this Friday 5/31 from 4-7pm @currentcassis is a versatile, vermouth-y, and fun to experiment with. Their blackcurrant aperitif is friendly with almost all spirits. Add it to your classic cocktail or create your own. Or, make it easy and sip on their own classic canned Spritz!
