Coopertown Distillery
Cooperstown Distillery is a farm distillery that works to “know our farmers” to produce spirits made from select grains grown by people we trust and respect, using almost entirely New York State grains. Most notably, our award-winning, distinguished whiskeys are carefully matured on site in choice barrels, which further enhance their deep rich color and complex character. We then hand-bottle and hand-label our nationally-recognized spirits.

FOUR WALLS Whiskey
This Friday, 3/14 from 5-7pm, we welcome our neighbor (and Four Walls’ head of marketing) Ashley, pouring liquid Irish American gold from Four Walls Whiskey ahead of St. Patrick's Day. Four Walls Irish American Whiskey is a blend of smooth, triple-distilled grain and malt Irish whiskeys from Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland, mixed with a hint of bold American rye from the award-winning Cedar Ridge Distillery in the rolling hills of Swisher, Iowa.

Now Living and making wine in Germantown NY:
In 2009, Charlie Miller took a harvest job in Napa. From there he bounced from one cellar to the next, from South Africa to New Zealand and Argentina, San Francisco, Sonoma, and Santa Cruz in between. Emma Rosenbush is a longtime Californian but forever a New Yorker at heart. After several years in Mexico City where she co-founded Pichón, an American brunch-inspired pop-up restaurant, Emma returned to California and opened Cala Restaurant in San Francisco.

A blend of smooth, triple-distilled grain and malt Irish whiskeys from the Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland, mixed with a hint of bold American rye from the award-winning Cedar Ridge Distillery in the rolling hills of Swisher, Iowa.
Smooth enough for shots but bold enough to stand up in a cocktail, we made The Better Brown to be a bartender's utility whiskey—the one to reach for no matter the occasion.

The company began with just a handful of relatively unknown estates in 1987, and has since grown to represent over 800 winemakers, distillers, and suppliers, most of which are family-owned-and-operated. Tenmile Distillery
Tenmile Distillery is focused on making hand-crafted single malt whisky, gin, and vodka the way they were intended to be made, cutting no corners and using only the best ingredients grown by local farmers in Dutchess or Columbia Counties.
Master distiller, Shane Fraser has extensive experience producing handmade, small-batch whisky having worked at Oban and Glenfarclas, and served as Master Distiller for Wolfburn Distillery, the most northerly malt whisky distillery in Scotland, winning a number of prestigious awards.

Filed Supply Wine
Field Supply Wine is a natural wine producer focused on drawing out the fullest expression of each varietal, sourced from growers in the Finger Lakes and North Fork regions. We work exclusively with locally grown fruit, fermented naturally with the fewest possible interventions.

Dewey's Wines
"With three vintages under its belt, Dewey’s is very much in start-up mode." From Charlie working as head winemaker at La Honda Winery in Redwood City, CA and Emma working as managing/partner at several restaurants from Mexico City, to California, to the Hudson Valley. They create "wines of tension, in which different voices harmonize with fullness and leanness all at once... a rarer sort". The goal, basically, is “to conjure up the opposite of a pretentious winery.” They found a home here in Germantown and are producing their first vintages from the Hudson Valley.

C. Cassis Tasting
C. Cassis is made by Rachael Petach in the Hudson Valley, just a few miles from where their blackcurrants are grown. C. Cassis sources all of their blackcurrants in NY State, and is a much less sweet, more vermouth-style approach to the classic liqueur. Great as an aperitif, in a spritz, or as a vermouth alternative.
